Beyond the Horizon CO Savoy Medical

I have used the Savoy medical center 3 times lately and the care that was shown to me was amazing . Your staff gave me excellent care and made me about as comfortable as I could be! Literally everyone was friendly, kind and caring from the moment I entered. I would like to thank and commend them all for making my experience as nice as it could possibly be! They are absolutely top notch caring professionals, and made me glad I chose Savoy.

Worst hospital EVER!!!! ESPECIALLY THE EMERGENCY ROOM NURSE OR DR WHATEVER TF SHE WAS. Dr Mitchel (female) if anyone knows who I have to call to report her to the medical board please let me know.

I love Savoy Medical. My wife's l life was saved there and they provide detox for p people as well. They are also so kind. I have, unfortunately, a l lot of experience with healthcare and people are not always kind or knowledgeable. It's been my experience here that they are wonderful!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My 3 year old son had an outpatient dental surgery done at this facility. While I appreciate the effort that was made to keep my son alive on a what should have been a simple surgery, the staff here lied to my husband and I and told us it was uneventful. They did not think it was serious enough to advise us of the fact he was bagged because he was no longer breathing on his own. We had only found out because my husband over heard a nurse say that he was bagged. Then we started asking questions and the anesthesiologist asked if we worked on the medical field...I do not know what that has to do with being told information about my sons surgery but I assured him we both did and understood medical terminology. The look on all of their faces said it all, that they knew they were caught and had to come clean. They were seriously NOT going to tell us. He proceeds to explain that it is normal to do this...ok to nag every single patient is in fact NOT normal. Not to mention they dosed him with so much medication I could hardly get him to wake up, the nurses were incompetent, and scatter brained. They must of thought we were uneducated and did not understand but they were wrong and I WILL pursue this issue as far as I possible can. ZERO STARS...THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT A BANDAID STOP...DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

The staff is horrible and it takes forever to get in touch with them on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place needs to be shut down. Someone could die because of their stupidity.
