The worst experience of my life. This place is run like a state prison. No respect for their patients. I went there on probation and they kept me there for 60 days with no advancement even though I followed all recommended treatment they had me arrested twice because I wanted to go somewhere else. It was an absolute nightmare. Vindictive rude staff that disregards civil rights in order to get as much compensation out of you as possible. I have spoke to others in the industry who said they had never witnessed such practices committed by this facility. If anyone recommends this to you run as fast as you can.

The place is a scam You're doing fraudulent charges in health insurance they're saying people who they're there aren't there and charging them Plus they make you pay $400 some dollars for a room even if you work part-time 12 hours a week they are racist they lie they also give false positives on urine samples

It's ok if u need a place to lay ur head. No 12 step program just trauma yoga an arguments. Staff treats you like were scum an always gossiping about other patients didn't practice hippa

Very unprofessional staff my wife hasn't had the help and care that she needs from this place the staff doesn't care about the well being about their patients. The staff blows off any of her concerns and made it very difficult for her being that she's pregnant as well they showed no concerns about her needs very poor communication.

Dropped my spouse off and we didn’t even have a few minutes to ask questions or anything they take them back and your left in the dark and told so many days then call and get told two different answers. Constantly rearranging my schedule to accommodate how unprofessional they have been. If you want to ask them questions or get an update on your spouse good luck because they NEVER answer the phone. If I was to do this ever again I would find somewhere else to get help.
