Create a Permanent Foundation Synergy is designed to be a 30 day program, however, the amount of time each person needs to spend in residential treatment is different and based on a variety of factors. It is Synergy’s goal to meet each client’s individual needs by customizing a treatment plan to meet them where they are at the time of admission.The program is carefully designed with an intentional rotating weekly schedule offering individual, group, and family therapy, education classes, structured activities, support groups, and holistics.
