I felt heard and listened to. They took their time and explained everything to me about what was going on. The best part of my experience was walking out with a plan in place that they willingly helped me set up. The doctor was amazing I felt so comfortable with him and he treated me like he really cared.

I've generally always had a great visit at this location, Angelo Brutico is the main reason I come to this location as he truly cares to listen to what's going on with you and has compassion in the treatment he gives. The front secretaries are also warm and welcoming. Today I came in for a sick visit and unfortunately was scheduled with Isabel a new PA at this facility. I came in because I've had an extreme stuffy/runny nose, sore throat, yellow mucus, headache and body aches that has worsened over the past few days. Isabel wouldn't prescribe me a z-pack which has always made me feel better when I'm this ill with an infection going on. She stated that I'm young and in good health so my body should be able to fight it off itself. If I don't begin to feel well after 10 days then call back, to drink plenty of fluids and spray saline spray up my nose. I just found her attitude and barbaric approach to my treatment horrendous, I called in later asking for the office manager to reach out to me and I never received a call, I also never received a call as I was told to give the test results to a nose swab I did. Today truly was an awful experience at this practice.

When a doctor heard my symptoms he fit me in an immediate appointment, nebulizer and the treatment room. I really appreciate the care and how quickly the messages got through
