At Oaks Integrated Care, your therapy groups will not only include people who casually throw out a Very Special German-Style Salute, but their care, comfort, and safety will be prioritized over that of POC, members of the LGBT community, Jewish people, and everyone with common sense and decency. When you make it safe for them, it's unsafe for everyone else. Oaks has doubled down on this stance repeatedly. It is not safe care for most of the community.

I attended here for therapeutic services and chose to leave because I was sexually assaulted by another consumer and they didnt handle my complaint in an appropriate manner. We were told to just try to dodge one another. So what happens when he does it again or more? Especially since he had no consequence harsher than a lecture. The staff is not versed on the subjects they hold groups on. Heavy drug and alcohol presence. They do not assist in housing or offer any assistance with social services. They are only concerned with compliance of the mandatory 15 hours a week so they will be paid. There are some good people there they know who they are, but the others should be ashamed!

Made me wait a month for an intake just to tell me they had no programs “for me”, when I really just needed a short term step down. Then they were supposed to send me referrals, but I couldn’t access them so the email was useless. Essentially this appointment was completely pointless and I walked away in worse shape than I walked in.

I've had great success with them. My suboxone appointments are once a month. Therapy once every two weeks. Random drug tests and support when I need it. I've been on suboxone for four years and have been clean ever since! Plus, they take Medicare so I don't have to pay anything. Great place.

I enjoy going too oaks you guys saved my live everyone is so understanding but I have a real issue with all the smoking oaks should be a nonsmoking facility it's not fair that we nonsmokers can't go out side due to the stink and smoke some people leave group just too smoke or come in late and the cellphones are another problem during group
