I really don’t get why this clinic is getting one-star reviews and complaints. I’ve been to a lot of places like this, and this one is definitely among the best. It’s not huge, so you won’t be stuck waiting in line forever. You get recognized and rewarded extremely quickly for actively participating in your recovery. Which means less Trips to the clinic. I can only think that the negative reviews might come from people who don’t really understand MAT programs or who are just not fully committed. Overall, this clinic is great! If you take your recovery seriously, they notice and they take you seriously! The staff at the clinic is truly exceptional—genuine, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating. They demonstrate a heartfelt commitment to your recovery, advocating for you every step of the way. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist in any way possible make a significant difference in the patient experience. To start when you first arrive : Tammy, the front desk secretary, exemplifies exceptional professionalism and kindness. Her unwavering dedication to patients, potential patients, and their families is truly unparalleled. She not only works diligently to ensure everything runs smoothly, but she also creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel valued and cared for. Her efforts do not go unnoticed and significantly enhance the overall experience at the clinic. The nurses are especially remarkable; their kindness and warmth are evident in every interaction. Always greeting you with a smile, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure you feel cared for. I cannot praise them enough for the outstanding support they provide! The doctor possesses an impressive depth of knowledge in MAT treatment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding from multiple perspectives. He prioritizes your safety and carefully considers the risk of relapse when adjusting medications. It's clear that he genuinely cares about your well-being and recovery. Additionally, the manager, Adam, is equally wonderful. His kindness and proactive approach in finding solutions to any challenges that arise ensure that every patient receives the best possible treatment. Lastly, I do miss one staff member dearly that has retired most likely he was the best counselor to say the least. But these things happen. But I wish he was still there. But this highlights the clinics ability to find quality counselors. Overall the experience with this clinic is a 10/10 for me.

One of the best if not the best clinics my husband and I have been too staff caring Adam director super understanding and they don't treat u like scum I highly recommend this place nurses are fast they just alseem that they care and want to help you other places it seemed like they just cared about the money not here O ya intake is quick too ..... Have had a great experience. Staff is friendly and very pro. Not judging and no bad attitudes. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy their job at this place. The medical staff are top notch and take what they do seriously. It's a MAT clinic with Methadone and Suboxone offered.
