Rooted in a tribal-government setting in Pawnee, Oklahoma, the center offers care that blends clinical services with cultural practices to help each client feel understood while moving toward healing and steady growth. Care and Therapeutic Approach The center offers a full range of services, including 24-hour medically supervised detox, a 28-day residential program, intensive outpatient (IOP) services and standard outpatient care. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available for opioid and alcohol dependency. A team of licensed professionals guide each stage of treatment and develop plans tailored to individual needs. Across all levels of care, therapy, peer support and recovery planning helps adults understand substance use patterns, build healthier routines and strengthen coping skills.
