This has been the worst mental health expense of my life. Most of the people working here are NP’s who know nothing about mental health. I’ve been diagnosed with 3 random diseases, pumped full of medicine that’s not working and can’t get an office manger to call me back. My providing medical provider has been out of the office for over two weeks, my appointment keeps getting rescheduled and the backup medical provider won’t provide medical documentation for the emergency medical situation I am in. They “care” but no one has yet to contact me still

Dr. Does not listen to severity of symptoms. I feel like a pharmaceutical experiment. Had influenza B as well as pneumonia just before a scheduled appointment and was charged $100 because I didn't call 3 days ahead to let them know I needed to reschedule. Nevermind I was borderline hospitalized with pneumonia and completely incapacitated. FYI, they farm reviews before the first appointment occurs. Don't be fooled like I did by the positive reviews on Google. They, like most others, string you along with medications that don't help just to keep collecting money from you. And should you ever have an emergency cancelation, be prepared to drop a Benjamin. Do more research before choosing Life Stance Wealth.

i’ve been using lifestance for over two years. Most of the doctors there are great and Im eternally grateful for their help. However, the staff has screwed me on more than one occasion, especially recently. I used to have Blue Cross Blue Shield, but thanks to the current administration I lost that insurance and got Oscar insurance through the marketplace. I was told it was comparable to BCBS. Weeks before my phone appointment with dr Tony Woodard (someone I had never seen before, as my prior doctor left lifestance), I uploaded my new insurance info into my profile. There was no indication that my insurance was not accepted. This dr appointment was a routine 5-10 minute phone call about medication. After the appointment I get an email saying I have an outstanding balance. So I call billing and talk to someone named Ben. I tell him I have Oscar insurance. He tells me to just ignore the current balance and it will be taken care of, but it wasn’t. So I called again, gave a lady my insurance information AGAIN and she says someone will contact me. No one does. I wait a few days; still no contact. So I send them a message online, even though they never respond to those, and I get a reply from someone named Liz telling me they don’t take my insurance. WHY was I not told this when I provided my insurance info the first time before the appointment? Or the 2nd time? Or the 3rd? Because apparently this 10 minute phone “conversation” costs $360. Wow. Just to do a routine check up with my medication… OVER THE PHONE?!? I guess I erroneously thought I would be notified if my insurance wasn’t accepted when I provided that info THE FIRST TIME. Another medical bill I cant pay. Thanks a lot, billing staff.

I’ve had a very positive experience since beginning treatment with Dr. Climer. The environment has been warm and supportive, and I greatly appreciate the prompt communication and responsiveness regarding appointments. I feel genuinely cared for and confident in my ongoing treatment.

Enlightening interaction....informative and personal...made me feel like I could open up about things I never would with anyone else. I felt comfortable and wiling to discuss difficult and uneasy topics/experiences. Didn't get the feeling of being charged off as a insurance casualty case. I highly recommend Colin if you need a real legitimate professional to lean into without judgment. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone who needs a unbiased take on one's particular situation!
