Guys this is literally a scam, don’t do anything online don’t give any personal information, in person only. If it isn’t a scam(it 98% is), they are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Receiving funds from the app for an appointment that never happened THAT THEY THEMSELVES SAID “the office canceled it” on a call that stated it was recorded… good so we both have that evidence.

I’ve been a client here at Positive Reset since 2024! My therapist Riana Melillo (ask for them) has changed my life in ways I hadn’t thought possible. I want to also give a shout out to my psychiatrist Tomeka Mapp who is incredible with medication management! At the start of my journey I was extremely depressed. My anxiety and ptsd made life almost impossible to navigate. In recent months, I no longer even recognize the person I was back in 2024. I can now tackle each day knowing that I have many blessings to live for. I’m ready to take on future goals and I see improvements every week with the self soothing exercises I’ve been taught. You truly never know how much you may need therapy and medication till you give it a try. I want to TRULY thank the team at Positive Reset for always being patient and never undermining very rational or even irrational worries! The front desk staff are also always equally as amazing and polite, this establishment is all around the best of the best!

I’ve been seeing Chanel for about a year now, and she has made a truly meaningful impact on my life. She has supported me through grief, major life transitions, and challenges with depression and anxiety with compassion, professionalism, and care. She’s helped me build practical coping skills that I use in my daily life, and they’ve really helped me feel more grounded during difficult times. Chanel creates a safe, supportive environment and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. I’m very grateful for her guidance and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and effective therapist.

Such a good experience with Aliyah Price. I feel seen, validated and heard. I’ve had so many counselors or therapists but I must say she deserves everything, a raise, a million dollars, all good things for her professionalism, her care and empathy and she truly has a gift for making me look inward and keeping positive. I see a different, more positive perspective since I tend to be hard on myself. I actually look forward to sessions. In the past I’ve given up too easy in therapy but I feel truly motivated. She’s just awesome

Home away from home!

I’ve been Using positive Reset for therapy for a few months now. I must say it’s been a very helpful experience with the great help of the lovely Chanel Borduin. Dealing with grief and a lot of other challenges she’s been a great help and a breathe of fresh air helping me navigate my challenges she’s great.. I Appreciate her Great Work!! & Highly Recommend her!!!!!!

Proceed don't be fooled by the landing page that works or the photoshopped photos of the providers, especially if you're seeking to heal and get well in life the first point of contact being reception will be the downfall of your existence. Taking your already questionable state of mental health to a new low you didn't think was possible. I kept wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt as JILL the receptionist proceeded to inadequately to her job really she was just there to collect a paycheck and not actually help patients. As she disregard information multiple times creating multiple conflicts in the end the information she disregard was to prevent this prolonged wait pireod of multiple med appointments canceled by positive reset. was giving her so I wouldn't be in the possession I am in since this week. Finaly my 3rd attempt at medication management appointment in hopes I would actually be seen this time by a provider. I was never seen or provided with care but they had the audacity to charge me as I was standing for 25 min waiting for someone to meet me I called and called no answer on my 9th call out i got an incoming call from JILL saying I need to reschedule not even listening to me say im outside I've been waiting or even let me in. I was at a door as the call center said they would come bring me to the office I had to10 min before my appointment time because I showed up to my apt to a burnt building I had no voicemail of this or new location no memo with my confirmation I drove over a hour !!! And Alison the clinic director said she was not informed I believe even didn't escalate my complaint weeks ago properly you'll feel much better taking a walk outside and getting fresh air .

Highly professional and competent people working here— problem is management. Learn to take care of your employees or go live as a hermit 🙄. Otherwise highly recommend the therapists
