In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

my therapist victoria is great. i will say that most of the time i miss 5-8ish minutes out of my 30 which can be frustraiting. and, the front desk can be a little bit rude. beware also of other patients. but for the actual therapy part she is fantastic at her job. i do not have a psychiatrist here so im not sure how thats like but my experience is quite good

I've honestly been having a terrible time with this place. All of the staff are VERY unprofessional. The first therapist i got assigned to was HORRIBLE. She would have me waiting in the lobby for hours to then cancel the appointment, or she'll forget she'd have me scheduled. I only met with her twice and they were for only 15-20 min. I was also assigned a care manger Keith Wright. He was very unprofessional the first time i met with him in the facility we waited outside for the taxi and he told me very violent stuff he has done in the past which i never asked for him to disclose with me. It made. me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. It was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. He would call me up talking very aggressively when i missed and appointment or wasn't able to come in. I was trying to get in contact with his supervisor Chanel for almost 2 weeks. She finally called me and told me i was getting assigned a new care manger. When i was trying to tell her about Keith and how inappropriate he was she kept telling me i was getting a new care manger, she wouldn't even hear me out. In the years of having a care manger and therapist i have never in my LIFE have had to deal with something like this.

Absolutely horrible. Dodging calls & giving the run around. What king of mental health care team does that? Reaching out to better business bureau & will be taking further action.

I am very pleased for this place to have existed. I have been suffering for 6 years, and couldn’t figure out what was going on with me exactly; but I knew it had to be something mental. Everything for me came to a boiling point, and I ended up causing ‘self-harm’ to myself. I had a black out moment, and it scared me deeply. I ended up going to the emergency room by ambulance, and then one I was stabilized I was able to go to outpatient care for the rest of the week. At the outpatient facility, they told me about this place, and I’m glad that I followed up with my appointment. I never knew that a facility like this existed, but I see this place as a sign from above or from the universe itself. Everyone here has been a delight, only negative is I wish the receptionist were a little more friendly; but other than that, this placed saved my life. I’m getting the help that I need, I have people here who actually listen to me and render me aide, there are so many different programs to help me & my family. I have even convinced my mom to go here for her therapists & psychiatrist. Sometimes there is a blessing that comes out of turmoil, I went through all of this because it lead me to this place; and I am very thankful for this place and the individuals who work here.

Very long wait times. Peer advocates and nurses are nice but you wait hours to be seen
