I recently called this office with what felt like a million questions, and from the moment my call was answered, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist I spoke with was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had questions about scheduling, paperwork, insurance details — you name it — and she walked me through everything step by step without ever making me feel rushed or like I was a burden. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Her professionalism and warm attitude made what could have been a stressful phone call feel easy and reassuring. Customer service like this makes all the difference. If the front desk is any reflection of the care this office provides, patients are in excellent hands.

Counselor Allison Brutka is absolutely amazing. Her compassion, insight, and ability to create a safe, comfortable space have made a tremendous difference in my life. She listens without judgment, offers thoughtful guidance, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Working with her has been life-changing. Psychiatrist Katie Spickler is equally outstanding. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, considers my concerns, and works collaboratively to find the right treatment plan. Her professionalism and calm, reassuring presence make appointments something I actually look forward to. Nurse Jennifer Pugh is warm, attentive, and incredibly supportive. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every visit runs smoothly and that all my questions are answered. Her kindness never goes unnoticed. The entire staff at PsyCare Struthers is exceptional, but this team in particular has made a profound, positive impact on my mental health journey. I’m truly grateful for their dedication, compassion, and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality mental health care.
