Country Road Recovery Center offers a holistic, evidence-based approach to drug and alcohol addiction. The masters-level clinicians create personalized treatment plans for each client, using treatment modalities like dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and equine therapy. Country Road Recovery Center can also help with transportation from detox, case management, courts dates and appeals, workforce re-entry, family education, and more. Veterans Program Country Road Recovery Center accepts veterans’ benefits and collaborates with the VA. By assisting clients with re-entering employment, obtaining disability documentation, and communicating with the VA, Country Road helps veterans in treatment get ready for reintegration into civilian life. Virtual intensive Outpatient Programming The Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Clean Path Recovery Center gives patients the freedom to live at home and carry on with their daily lives while still receiving treatment. Their virtual programming meets 2 nights per week and once on the weekend, for 3 hours per session for 8 weeks. Country Road Recovery center is CARF accredited and accepts most major insurances.

Residential Rehab

Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.

Day Treatment

In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.

Intensive Outpatient Program

An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.

Outpatient

Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.

Virtual & In-Home Care

The delivery of therapeutic services utilizing technology such as video conferencing, online messaging or phone calls, allowing for flexibility, comfort and increased access to care.

Co-Occurring Mental Health

Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

The staff is amazing for the most part they all have been in active addiction they know the pain and shame that we feel the clinical staff is out of this world they helped me get through the loss of my daughter and was there for me through my shame and they loved on me and made me feel like family its my home now sure its not a perfect facility b we are all human and mess up but they do whats best for their clients and they show up each day with a smile on their faces and with open arms and love on you till you can start to love ourselves its a magical place its in the country and its away from all the chaos of the city its quit at night and you can see the stars in the mornings you get to see the sunrise and set at night with a big pasture behind it full of life and peace you can walk through the woods be in nature and find peace in such a chaotic world country roads saved my life best choice ive made in a long time its my home
