Wasted my time doing a phone intake to only tell me after the fact, that they are refusing to see me because I use marijuana occasionally to help with my insomnia. Apparently anyone who uses any kind of substance is not welcome as a new patient in this facility. Because sleep deprivation is something people should deal with if they want help with their mental health. They then referred me to a place that treats people for substance abuse when I was looking to have my ADHD managed. I shouldn't be surprised though, because this was the place I went to in my early 20s and they refused to even entertain the idea that I had ADHD. Instead they diagnosed me as bipolar type 5 and put me on mood stabilizers that did nothing, because I don't have any type of bipolar disorder. I have ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD and was refused treatment for using a low dose of a completely legal substance to help me sleep on the nights that my insomnia is unmanageable.

I can never say enough good words for the care I have been receiving at RH! The warm and welcoming Front Desk people, always so very helpful and the quality of medicine management that I have received here, since past few years deserve SPECIAL mention! Thank you all!

I have been to several Mental health faciltys and Richard hall is by far the best I've ever been to from everyone who greats you at the reception desk up to the top Therapist, APN'S and Case Workers. I have never heard nor have I been to a place where they actually care about their clients. Love you all!! Thank you so much.

Richard hall is the worst place to get help for anger management. They insist you pay $20:00 For a book (A Copied few pages) Tell you that you it is necessary or you can't attend. Then lie and dismiss you for attendance. Not mentioning the so called mandatory book. I showed my Dr.s appointed notes for 2 days I missed. The 3rd day I was told not to show up with no money or I can't attend. Very. Unorganized , and no one is on the same page. They dismissed me against all there own regulations. CLIENT HANDBOOK Page 27 RIGHTS REGARDING INVOLUNTARY DISCHARGE First Paragraph. Never set forth procedures to appeal

My sister went to see Daniel O’Connell and it was an absolutely terrible experience for her. He is extremely unprofessional and lacks any empathy. He has no ability to connect with his patients. I feel sorry for his other clients.

I haven't even been there yet but I've had at least 10 phone calls and everybody that I've spoken to is beyond helpful beyond nice absolutely amazing. I wish I would have found these people a long time ago. But regardless I'm happy that I came across this facility when I did.

My son went here for therapy seeing Daniel o Connell and he felt like it was extremely invasive, unprofessional and they made him feel like he was talking to a cop. Walking lawsuit is right. Broken HIPPA law many times.
