Lake Detox Lafayette

Lake Detox was not the first IOP provider that I reached out to for help continuing in recovery. I met with the owners of Riceland but was left desiring a more compassionate, less profit driven program. I found that at Lake Detox. The staff is caring and understanding to all of their patients and gives quality time to the experience of the patient. They serve fried fish on Thursday and pizza on Fridays, with snacks available upon request and special occasion snacks, such as king cake and danishes, that are put out for the clients. I am happy with my choice to attend IOP at Lake Detox and look forward to finishing out the program.

At first it was fine but group always is chaos and a lot of cross talk. I recently messed up and got kicked out of group. I didn't say much except why did you humiliated me in front of the whole group and now I found out that this certain counselor said I threatened hwr and was demanding when I demanded nothing. Good place overall but dont trust the counselors. They'll act like your friends but of course they're n̈ot

I will say that steps is a experience that I will never forget i love this place they are so amazing and wonderful God bless them all and miss Jennifer is the best counselor in the world I love her group's

Ms Susan is absolutely amazing! Jennifer is so wise and caring! Scott is so humble and kind! Lake Detox is the Absolute BEST for any person seeking recovery!

My name is Daysha Simmons and I have been at Lake detox for 3 months; Ms. Susan the receptionist is super sweet and very helpful, I love talking to her. The day time counselors Scott, and Ms. Jenn are very helpful and you can tell they are very passionate about what they do. All in all I ask to extend my stay because I really didn't want to leave at all. Lake detox is the best and I thank God for them and what they do A++.🙏🏽🙌🏽✨️🥰

A year later an 8500$ bill showed up. They didn't perform the lab tests that were charged for. Now I can't get through to the office to check about the bill. Try somewhere else.

This program has one of the most considerate and professional staff on board. They really do wonderful work with their patients!!!

I love this place. I always leave here feeling so great! Scott my counselor is really a good counselor. He gives great advice and makes me feel comfortable in class. Also Mrs. Susan is awesome at her job too. Very nice person and always make sure we have our business handled when it comes to our appointments and paper work etc. I would def recommend them both to someone trying to get in IOP recovery classes. And I would recommend this place as well.
