Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

This has been a terrible experience. These people do not care about mental health. I'm sure they'll show it by having some AI bot reply with fake kindness. When I started here they didn't start me with therapy when they said they would. Later, I was going through a serious crisis and I called 4 times. Nothing. I went to my psychiatrist which is the only way to get therapy and she said she'd try for me. She didn't. The front desk said they would. They didn't. I called and they said they'd call back with a therapist 3 days ago. No one's called. These people are terrible and don't care. It's been awful trying to get someone to care about my health in this place. Hopefully it's better for someone else.

This place is the worst. Dont go here. Go anywhere else if you can. These people only care about their paychecks not your mental health. I know cause I feel emotional pain everyday and i try to call their 24 hour line and they hang up on me and make me feel like shit. These guys are literally the worst everyday im in pain and they cant say or do anything to help me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I went here for a mental health evaluation back in 2021. I was held in a room for 8 hours before I got my evaluation. They diagnosed me with the same thing as before when I saw the psychiatrist. Why was I held for 8 hours before I was granted evaluation? The staff there was nice enough considering I was going through a rough time in my life. But I was not happy with the overall mental health service.

We arrived here late at night with our son based on a recommendation from a friend. He was in a clear mental health crisis; suicidal, homicidal. A gentleman did his intake. He took down all his personal information. My husband and I held nothing back and explained in perfect detail his symptoms and the reasons that brought us to this place. The gentleman left the room with the paperwork. Then a lady came in. She did not explain herself at all, was very unprofessional, and then pretty much negated everything the gentleman had told us about what was going to happen next and his treatment plan. At that point it was clear that she had no intentions of helping our son. I felt like there was some hang up about us living in Summit County and the facility was in Portage County. Im not sure because we were offered no explanation as to why they chose not to help us when we were clearly in crisis. The website says they are open to all. Besides, I own a property in Kent, and pay taxes on it like everyone else in Portage County. We were pretty much just turned away; suicidal and homicidal. We had to get back into our car and drive an hour for help while trying to keep our son alive. On the drive he injured himself. I intend to do some research into who is actually responsible for this facility and will be filing a complaint against the facility as well as staff. If need be, we will be involving our attorney. The facility that we ended up at,in the middle of the night, saw the dire straights he was in and admitted him after a very quick intake. He was there for over a week. The first order of care was to ice his injured hand that happened after he was coldly rejected from this facility. I am baffled how legally a facility can turn someone away who was obviously in great distress. I hope this never happens to anyone else, especially if they are in the middle of a crisis situation. I am writing this so others can be forewarned.
