Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

The scheduling is a joke. You get scheduled for one day, and the system reschedules you within 12 hours. Generally an inconvenience. My psychiatrist quit, and I got no notice which left me without meds. I cannot seem to get in to see my therapist. There are other places that probably won't make you wanna kill someone or yourself. Go there... Post haste.

I'll start by stating that I really liked the person I saw for my individual therapy, and she is not the reason I chose not to use compass anymore. The reason is, on three separate occasions, I had to call about my meds, all different scenarios. Each time I was told I would receive a call back, however, that did not happen any of the times. The first two times I called back since they didn't call me when they said they would, but the last time I did not (still haven't received one, but it's a mute point now). I understand stuff happens, but three times in a row not calling someone back is just not acceptable, or professional, to me. Not to mention, my issues include not being heard and being ignored/forgotten. What's the point of getting help for things if the place I'm getting help from is contributing to my issues? Seems counterproductive and made me feel, well, not great, so I'm just not going to go back.

It takes a lot, mentally, to make that first appointment. Every time I get the courage to make that call, no one ever answers. I’ve left voicemails with callback information and not a thing. Don’t waste your time, completely unprofessional.

Never in my life have I ever seen or heard “little green men”. They either commit Insurance fraud or can’t keep up with their patients and get records of patient profiles mixed up. I went to Trumbull hospital for treatment for hypothermia.

I Asked my sisters pillcounter Monica not to put my sister on those chemical labotomy injections in my sister's driveway one day when she was actually getting better and able to ween down on her meds so that she could function during the day but she flat out ignored me and I've been babysitting my sister for 20 years now. Now that my sister's banging her head off the floor in the office just to get away from those labotomy shots I was wondering how she feels after ignoring me just so she could have 1 less patients pills to count? Erin Kleklot however gets 10 stars ...she saved my life multiple times and can Hopefully whip this place into shape.

STAY AWAY especially if going for a simple assessment interview for court! Any assessment I ever had only took an hour anywhere else but Tracy had me keep returning for 4 weeks in a row then lied to the court about why I missed a couple of appointments for the 5th & 6th weeks when I had covid! I was really sick with what my doctor told me was long term covid19 & she told court that I was lying because covid19 only lasts for 5 days. She wrote things in her report that I supposedly said when I NEVER said those things. It was all to feel important for the court in my opinion. She was a nice person but a TERRIBLE counselor. NEVER NEVER NEVER trust them for yourself or a family member if you really need help. I was 100 times worse mentally than before I went there.

I called several times to get a appointment to see someone, the intake department is horrible and never calls back or return calls or called while I was at work and I specifically told her I get off at 3:30 I would call her back at 3:30! When I called she had already left the office! Not professional at all! I wonder how many people have given up on reaching out for help with this company?? I know I did!
