Terrible Employees who want nothing more but to milk you for all your money, They have 0 concern for anything you going through unless it involves trying to get money out of you, was actively in psychosis very obviously and instead of referring me and my family to a psychiatric team they found it was the perfect time to emotionally manipulate my family and me into submitting to a rehab when I WAS ACTIVELY IN PSYCHOSIS. They found it necessary to lie to family members and manipulate them too into getting them to submit too. It was very obvious I was in psychosis too but you could just tell that it wasn’t in there interest to take action on that because they couldn’t get a check from that. I would recommend literally any other place then this place unless your end goal is to get taken advantage of, if rehab staff is trying to put a family member or you into this place immediately ask for somewhere else literally ANYWHERE is better then dealing with these emotional coercive staff members.

Fantastic center with very experienced staff that provides great service and support. Nicole D is amazing and is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and experienced. I’m so glad that I’ve found a place where I can have both remote and in person services.

I was a patient of Lauren for almost 2yrs. During my last session with her she concluded with "This will be our last appointment" with no explanation or offering if another Therapists would take me as a new patient. I looked forward to our sessions together, but not with the Nurse practitioner. This was extremely unprofessional on her part. I'm still looking for a new therapist.

This is the third company I've used. The 1st 2 were awful - if anything, they worsened my situation. This place is exactly what I needed. Everyone is easy to get a hold of and they do what they're supposed to do - help. Christen at the front desk is great - she takes care of a lot by herself. If she's unable to help, she let's my counselor know ASAP. That brings me to her - Christy. She literally fixed an entire (bad) situation for me. Simply amazing. Thanks!

I have been struggling with mental health and substance use for the past 5 years. I started at a different counseling center for IOP for substance use, it is the only thing that has helped me gain long term sobriety. They referred me to Freehold to start Spravato treatments for treatment resistant depression. The nurses and staff there are very kind. I feel very thankful that I have found a center that has helped me get approved for Spravato, assists with transportation, and gives me a much needed breath of hope.

I have been in recovery for a very long time, I have been with these people for two weeks. And that two weeks I have been patronized, ignored, lied to, and been made nothing but broken promises. The medical staff are not contactable by the clients directly. They deal with prescription issues when they feel like it and not when they need to be done. I highly recommend going to choice point for online IOP and stay away from the counseling center
