Located in the heart of Red Bank, Middletown Medical supports recovery from opioid addiction through evidence-based, medication-supported care. With both intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and office-based opioid treatment (OBOT), the center provides flexible options that adapt to each person’s progress and needs. Building Strength Through Connection and Support Patients engage in one-on-one and group counseling, exploring drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, and relationship challenges in a supportive setting. Group sizes typically range from 8 to 12, encouraging shared learning and connection. Specialized groups include yoga, art therapy, meditation/mindfulness group, parenting and life skill classes, and off-site 12-step meetings which builds emotional resilience and practical skills for daily life. Beyond Treatment: Keeping Patients Engaged The center features a therapeutic garden where patients grow herbs and vegetables, building confidence, teamwork, and a strong sense of connection.
