Words can’t really express the gratitude I have for the time I spent at Baxter this past week. For months I have been in tremendous back pain and haven’t been myself, but thanks to the wonderful staff the wonderful caring nurses and the blessed hands of the best doctors I went in feeling scared depressed and a lot of pain, but after two days I already am feeling better and happy. Thank you to everyone at Baxter especially Ella Mathew Renee Dr. Connelly and Dr Gocio and everyone else involved the care I received was beyond top tier medical care

If I could give the staff on the third floor a 100%, I would. The PTs, the OTs, nurses, and assistants all work toward one goal: to get the patient back to normal at their home. If you want to just sit around and not improve, don’t come to this place…they expect work and results!

I use to think very highly of this hospital. This past week has really changed my mind. My mother was there for 4 days. The nursing staff was nice but what the problem is having to see a different DR each day, being told different things. I had to tell them to come change my mom’s bedding and gown on day 3, the room was not very clean. The waiting to get results from test was unreal. Never knowing what they were doing next, not given clear answers, poking my mother 6 times for an IV. Seriously whoever is over parts of the hospital needs some serious re-evaluation of their work! Do better, because we know you charge for services that were less than adequate.

The hospital it self needs work. How ever the staff are wonderful people. They really care about you. If they can't provide the service you need they will find a way to get the help you need. Very warm friendly nurses. They don't have a problem with you calling on them for anything. They will even brush your hair if they think it makes you feel better.
