Clients include those experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), postpartum depression, panic disorder, social anxiety, and grief and loss. The center also addresses co-occurring substance use disorders (SUD). Therapy That Hits Every Note Clients participate in outpatient, day treatment (PHP), or intensive outpatient program (IOP), and telehealth option. Services include individual, group, and family therapy with approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), exposure therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), experiential therapy, and holistic approaches like mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and nutrition education. Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are provided when clinically needed. Life Skills and Individual Growth Clients engage in structured sessions that strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. Therapy combines practical exercises, exposure to triggers, and guided reflection to help manage anxiety, mood episodes, trauma memories, grief, and ADHD challenges. The center also has a kitchen, a dedicated mindfulness studio, and an art therapy room for client activities.
