I would give Stable Community a minus 5 stars. The psychiatrist Dr. Fumi is a judgemental unkind unprofessional unhelpful and she made me feel frustrated and angry.

It was an relaxing hour of music, speaking of the events and situations and how they related to topic of the week before. The topic or focal point of the services I attended was "slow down" and the video chosen was brilliantly picked, for the young lady of the video was remarkable, amazing, sweet, funny and forcefully in her narration that captivated you, start to finish. The closing was another musical video that also held you. With some discussions in between made for a wonderfully spent hour that I intend to revise as often as I can.
