Had a family member work there the back stabbing and DON does nothing to stop it. They think they are still in middle school with juicy gossip. They only care about the money coming in . They almost killed my brother Danny Wilson. He was a dementia patient that an Rn force fed has him 10 years ago. please Don't bring your family and loved ones there. You will regret it..I kept proof from the other hospital that took them over 3 hours to get food out of his throat,etc. He was in a coma for two months from oxygen loss. So don't come back and say this never happened. Dr. Livic is doctor now so,but she should have more control over who takes care of patients. The reason why I say that gossip like high schoolers is they talk loud enough so we can hear them.

Now doggone it I’ve seen firsthand how poorly things are run at this place called Osage Beach Behavioral Health. The way them staff talk to patients and to each other is horrific . There’s barely any compassion, and the folks who need the most help get treated like a burden. If I wanted that I would’ve just stayed at home. Staff are always frazzled because they don’t know what to do with themselves and sounds like a complete disaster to me. By the way those management people don’t help them folks and that ain’t right shame on them. Thought this was supposed to be a therapeutic environment for healing instead it’s a mess that would take the miraculous hand of God to fix. That’s all I got. You get one star from me and I hope you do better for all us patients and your poor staff struggling. Thank you

I was treated very well. I saw a provider everyday. They have excellent groups. The staff are kind and helpful. The food was very good. Clean.

Bad business 0 stars release psych patients that are not stable, there advise for a dv surviver is to get online find a new man. And they release unstable psych patient ( at risk disabled adult )that were on a involuntary hold that were ambulanceed in to this facility to the street instead of providing a safe ride back to there vehicles miles and hours away UNSAFE, INHUMAIN, UNETHICAL............ Who are they helping?

This place is the perfect example of what gives mental health facilities a bad name. Did not give our family member their basic rights such as offering the release of information forms right off the bat so that the family members can communicate. This should be done because some people are young and don't know what these are or what to ask for. They do not explain the paperwork thoroughly and this is important because of the state of mind that some people may come in experiencing. Also Even if you are voluntarily there trying to get help, and they decide they want to keep you and you leave then they will not allow you to call anybody to help you. They will just throw you out on the street and tell you to walk to the nearest gas station which is a half a mile away. At this point hopefully you brought your phone with you so you have your contacts and you can get a hold of somebody. If not, hopefully you remember somebody's number so maybe the gas station will let you call. Pray also you have shoes and a coat with you because they will not care if you do or if you don't. Also it's not like these people are leaving as a danger to themselves others because then they wouldn't even let them leave. So it seems a clear punishment for not doing what they want. The way they talk to people and the way they treat people violates basic human dignity and promotion of self determination.

I was a volunteer admission for ten days from the end of December 2022 to the beginning of January 2023. I had never been so broken when I arrived there. My greatest fear was that I would never feel any better than I did then. This place and its staff gave me my life back. I could never say enough about how wonderful this place is. I am forever grateful to every staff member that I interacted with. All I can say is Thank You. I will never forget what you have done for me.
