In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.
Absolutely the best rehab experience of many! Feels like home and a family they truly care and the program taught me a lot! Counselors are great! Has a professional music studio! Everything is upscale! Thank You so much Vanity

My current LPC is great. She offers both telehealth and in-person sessions, and she is very flexible with scheduling. Even over telehealth, she has provided me with great counseling. I would recommend her to other people who are seeking out therapy local to the Washington area at the outpatient office there.

I went here for 2 years. Will never go back. The therapist that was seeing both me and my ex for that length of time ended up trying to hangout with my ex and form a personal friendship with him while we were still dating. She stopped seeing us and then slipped into his DMs.

Ler me start by saying some of these reviews seem unbelievable. I've been going here for years. It took a whole lot of fighting and I finally spoke to the right person who went over my chart and was shocked at how bad the doctor handled my case. I was immediately switched to a different doctor and haven't had an issue since. In fact I really like the doctor I have now. The only problem I have is the office manager on the psych. side told my primary doctor about my therapy appointments of which she knew nothing about. After speaking to the manager on the therapy side she was furious and said she was going to talk to the other manager as well as call my doctor to tell them the information given to them was wrong. Honestly I've had a few issues with the office manager over the years. I do think its gotten better though And the terrible doctor i had no longer works here. Im sure im not the only one that had such bad problems with him. But as far as the front desk staff or the intake office i have never had a problem or been treated disrespectfully. And when I did have a problem the office addressed it, took care of it and it's never happened again. I do not think they deserve the reviews they get. Honestly the office isnt bad ,if you communicate with them they listen and address your concerns. They definitely deserve more than a 1.6 rating.

Did not receive an appointment reminder just a link for the virtual appointment. I called to update my insurance and they informed me I they don’t accept my new insurance. I asked to cancel and asked if I would receive a fee considering I received no reminders or confirmation and their system showed that. The woman who works in intake yelled at me. Actually yelled at me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they were “not available”. I was transferred to someone else who I told to close my chart as I would not be returning to this facility. No professionalism at all.

Atrocious nursing care. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This place is horrible! For your sanity I suggest you do not go here. These doctors get their degrees from a Cracker Jack box. They don’t listen to anything you have to say and quickly diagnose you with whatever they want and if you disagree with them or challenge them on it, they get nasty with you and drop you as a patient. Shame on you Hunterdon behavioral health. Your bedside manner is terrible. There is a reason why this place has so many bad reviews. All they want to do is dope people up on sedatives. They also apparently have never and will never sign paperwork for those in need of ssi. Disgusting! This place ruined my mental health even more!
