Ozark Center Wills Place

This is my third time attempting to get services. I took my daughter during their ope walk in intake hours, which isn't really an open walk in situation. They just made me an appointment to come back for intake later. Before leaving they informed they dont have ANY therapist in office, but had no issue making my daughter a med appointment asap. Its been a month and im still waiting to hear about services. They seem more interested in med appointments than therapy. They seem more interested in doping the child, than helping beyond that. Theres probably a reason you cant keep staff. Freeman is notorious for treating their staff like crap. Do better by your employees so the community can do better too, mkay? And answer the phone!

Second time this year that refills for meds that my child needs hasn’t been sent in. My son is on a controlled substance so he needs a new prescription every month. They send in 1 prescription and then I have to fight with then for the other two prescriptions between medication appointments. And m so done with this place.

So I'm a little put off with this place first of all when I went in there for my initial intake with my daughter who has autism they told me that somebody would get back with me to make an appointment 8 months later to send me a letter telling me that my service was for good had been canceled because I never showed up for any of my appointments that they never gave me. So I called him and made another appointment for intake and counselor and I had to do everything all over again. We made a second appointment with a drug counselor to see how she might be able to benefit from anxiety medication we had one appointment with her counselor we set up appointment for the next two months with this counselor. Got a call the next week telling me that all the appointments that we had set up hasn't answered because the counselor decided to go on vacation and also the intake that we had set up for the drug administrator was also canceled when I called the Medicaid department to find out whether or not we had been charged they charged Medicaid for all those appointments that they had canceled so I'm not really impressed with this facility at all

I'd give zero stars if I could. Came here one to two times after the tornado took down the last location.

My grandaughter had An appointment here for family counseling. And they told us it was at 10 and we were there for the whole hour and then they decided to tell us oh, it's at 11. And it's evrytime we go there. And they never answer the phone what so ever.

I swear every time I take my kids here they are given a new counselor. It's frustrating because they get a counselor they enjoy and then next appointment it is well Im leaving to go somewhere else. Also if your child has a hard time talking to one of their counselors they are real quick to shut services down. We had a family counseling session that the counselor requested. It was the most unproductive meeting ever. After that the counselor said they would call and schedule us at a later time and we never heard back about it which is fine because my daughter HATED that counselor. I am hoping we will find somewhere more stable and consistent to go to soon.

My grandson has a med provider at wills, before the doctor he was seeing never did bloodwork, she did and monitors him changing meds when necessary. He gets counseling thru wills, which has also helped him greatly to open up . He also has case management , and we have one of the best caseworker ever !! We had a few before that was okay, but his current case worker us great really working with him on controlling his behavior ! We have had a great experience !

when my daughter was seen there her medication appointments' were cancelled all the time she was going to therapy and they just said she is not making progress and quit seeing her she now has case management through there and her case manager on home visits plays uno with her that is not what she is to be doing so i am trying to find her services that will help her now and is a struggle to do just that i have had case managers walk out during a crisis what kinds of services do they provide that helps them during med appointments they say only can do med changes nad refused to help with any thing else this place is crazy and would not refer anyone to them
