Updating Called to make an appointment t from start to finish it was 23 mins! Once I finally got someone on the phone it took her over 10 mins to schedule me an appointment. She was kind on the phone but kept putting me on hold. I work in customer service, I don’t know if it’s bc it’s a non profit clinic or what but the customer service is horrible. My doctors are all good, but the pharmacy and front desk is lacking big time. I dread having to call the clinic. Really wish they could improve. The girl that works in the pharmacy pick up window is extremely rude every time I come. Updating Review: Yet again another horrible experience. The pharmacy called me on a Tuesday and told me my prescription would be ready on Friday. I took off work early to make it to the pharmacy within the hours to pick up my RX when I got there the pharmacist told me it won’t be ready until Monday.. This is unacceptable. As I was leaving, the pharmacist told me that I should wait to receive a text before I come pick up my prescription. I was going off what the pharmacist told me when she called me to let me know to come pick it up on Friday.
Every time I come here, the front desk staff are busy chatting about unrelated things while patients are left waiting. From signing in on the tablet to actually being checked in, the process takes far longer than it should. Instead of helping, they’re having personal conversations about things like nails or what happened the day before. When you finally ask about your wait, they’ll say there are several patients ahead of you, yet it’s clear they could be checking people in much faster—it only takes a few seconds. It feels unprofessional and frustrating to watch staff ignore waiting patients while continuing casual conversations. A little more focus and urgency at the front desk would make a big difference.
It took awhile to get an appointment, but once I got in, they were so nice and helpful! I know some people had a bad experience, but mine was good! Nurse Maria helped me so much and returned my calls. She even took time to explain my lab work. I will for sure be using them again!

They are amazing. They have been keeping me alive with this diabetes for years, from Dr. Varghees and staff, the whole pharmacy. Front desk staff five stars. I’ve had to have been hundreds of times by now and not a bad experience yet. Dr. T in dentistry is amazing. Dr Clarissa for my mental health. Thank all of you for these services you provide us!

I had an appointment today, doctor Rodriguez was cool but her assistant was rude as hell. I'm changing clients. Why you have to be rude to patients?, if a patient ask questions is because we don't know what's happening to us, that's why we go to the doctor to get answers.
