The Retreat at White Birch offers a structured halfway house program for adult men continuing recovery from drug and alcohol use. Services include 12-step meetings, relapse education, and life skills training. Participants must be abstinent, motivated, and capable of self-care while working toward stability and a brighter future. Strengthen Recovery with Support The program combines counseling, group sessions, and aftercare planning with support for employment and financial management. Clients are encouraged to build strong recovery networks through Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA). This empowering approach fosters accountability and prepares individuals for long-term success beyond treatment. Progress Toward Independence The facility houses up to 32 men in a supportive, drug-free setting. A minimum stay of 90 days is required, during which participants must obtain work and manage their finances. Staff assist with discharge planning, and both Medicaid and private funding are accepted. The structured setting offers encouragement, purpose, and steady progress toward lasting recovery.
