Very horrible technicians, some were helpful but the majority were not good people

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I came here for treatment in November 2022 with private insurance didn't do much research just wanted to get help. This place is a public facility, they cater to medi cal which is fine . How ever after being admitted I was told I would be here for 30 days , after 10 days they kicked me to the curb and I relapsed the same day . They told me my insurance said I was stable , how ever fast forward 1 month , I did the proper research and found a place called Sunrise recovery Ranch in Riverside who accepted my insurance and kept me for 40 days and I have been sober ever since , 6 months sober today . Also on top of this , the counselors I had at the ranch were nice and understanding. The counselors are Tarzana treated you like prisoners. Multiple fights between residents in the yard. This place will not get you sober , it's just a place for court ordered people who are wasting their time just wanted to update this review , I am now 3 years sober and this Tarzana Treatment center is still low grade. The orderly’s treat you like inmates , focusing on making sure your shoes are properly tied and all the fights between inmates, sorry I mean patients let happen . Please do not come here if you have an option not to !!!.

Weird to read these bad reviews I went in hopeless expecting the worse I came out a new better man and father not only was I helped by these caring people for substance abuse problems but also was able to do some parenting classes and now me and my daughter are best friends so to anyone wanting to make a change in life give it a try with a open mind and I bet you'll come out a different person, ONLY bad thing was intake but that's because I was high and scared but they were nothing but nice ONLY time they were mean is when I broke the rules but they showed tough love cause they actually care! Only giving 1 star because you won’t be allowed to add review. My son was in tarzana tx center residential facility in reseda. Left worse than when he when in and they kept his cell phone and won’t return it they said they will donate it. This people are not help full at all I tried to file a complaint and no one will help. It’s not possible that they are allowed to keep their phones and donate them. They are just worried that they have any type information that can be used against them that’s why they don’t want to return them.

Horrible and very unprofessional and disrespectful! I had an extremely negative and unacceptable experience at this location due to an employee named Monica Her behavior was shockingly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. When I calmly asked to speak with a supervisor, she challenged me aggressively, questioned why I needed a supervisor, and attempted to shut down my request instead of handling it professionally. She claimed there was no supervisor available and made no effort to assist or de-escalate the situation. The way she spoke to me was condescending and unprofessional, and her attitude made it clear that she had no regard for patients/customers, their time, or their dignity. This was not a minor issue or a misunderstanding it was a clear display of poor conduct and lack of basic respect. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and my primary care physician will be referring me elsewhere. I would strongly caution others to think twice before coming here. No one should tolerate being treated this way when seeking care or services.

Worst place ever to be seeing by a provider they take to long to fit you in a room my appointment was at 2:15pm and they ended up seeing me at 3:15pm
