Specialized Senior Adult Care Silver Oaks also specializes in senior adult care ages 55+. Patients in this program can be referred by any nursing home, senior living facilities, family members, hospitals, or on their own accord. Outpatient Options For those desiring outpatient care treatment at Silver Oaks has a primary mental health IOP that runs from 9am-12pm as well as a PHP program held Monday-Friday 8:45am-3:45pm. Here, participants will experience group therapy that can address depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, trauma, PTSD, and other mood disorders.
