Highly recommended. Sanctuary has a phenomenal program with beautiful Residencial property with a cohesive healthy healing environment. The staff is dedicated to each individuals recovery, and it starts with the first phone call to admissions.

HORRIBLE FACILITY! DEFINITELY NOT AN INPATIENT TREATMENT CENTER LIKE DESCRIBED!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I AM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SENDING YOUR LOVED ONE THERE! WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!

I am again impressed with how Sanctuary Recovery Centers works with clients. I've seen programs take a piecemeal approach to addiction treatment, and it's not as effective as a holistic approach like at Sanctuary. They have that path laid out from their BHRFs down to their outpatient services. Housing, jobs, money management, etc - these things are important; it's not just "go to rehab." Many people need to rework their whole approach to life, and I'm seeing that play out in the lives of sanctuary clients.

All the staff at the Friess house are amazing people I love them all they helped me so much Chris ,Evelyn,miles, Sara all of them are amazing they deserve a million dollars an hour I can’t express how much of a positive and big help they’ve been to me I appreciate all of them and the program thank you for everything

Honestly this was an amazing program when I first got here. The changes that were made here we're not for the better. They hired a new supervisor named Brittany and she has fallen extremely short in many areas she is one staff member that does get involved in client gossip makes decisions and enforces rules that aren't kept to the same standard for all of the clients as a whole her along with Lonye are staff that plays favorites letting some clients get away with murder while clients who are actually doing the right things and following the rules get treated with extreme disrespect and are allowed to slip through the cracks by not fulfilling what the advertise they are supposedly there to do. I will say this for sanctuary though there are many staff members that do a great job and deserve praise like Michael Dickson, Monica, Dale, Devon, Sheri, Brenda, Sharla, Barb, Amber, Amanda and especially Cuhat these people care and do what's right for the clients and actually take the time to listen and engage with clients and care about the things they need I am doing well in sobriety but unfortunately because of those handful of employees and how they treated me I wouldn't recommend the program to others I hope that upper management sees this and does something to rein those few in that deserve it because there was a point in my stay I said to Lonye I was trying to set boundaries with him and how he talks to me and he stated I wasn't allowed to have boundaries so I told him he was making me uncomfortable to the point I wanted to leave in which he responded WE ARENT HOLDING YOU HERE when other clients try to walk off that weren't doing the things required he convinced them to stay I'm sorry but it just seems like the ones trying their best just get tossed to the side and mistreated

The Friess House is a joke. Jessie, the program director, runs the place like a circus. Josh, Ashley, Lee, and Joseph were the most supportive and professional. Unfortunately Jessie moved them to the new houses and left Friess to unethical and rude staff like Eddie. Do not go here.

I can't say enough about this place!! I made genuine connections with everyone there, all the staff was caring and made me feel at home. It made recovery in my life that much easier. I'm glad I chose Sanctuary for this journey.
