Worst place ever the staff was lazy and rude Tina Melissa and Kim they don’t care about you . Also we was drinking almost every night we had thc vape pens that one of the staff brought us in and a cell phone in our room

I went through this program in 2023, and will forever recommend this place to anyone and everyone I come in contact with that is fighting addiction. The staff genuinely cares and puts their whole hearts in everything they do. When I admitted, my son was in the system, I was facing a joint suspension if I kept doing what I was doing. But, with their help, I just hit my 16 months clean and sober November 19th, I have my son, my CPS case is CLOSED, I successfully completed probation without any violations, and am now in school and dedicating my life to helping others the way this whole facility helped me. Thank you Hacienda, for everything you did for me ❤️

This place has magic! All staff working here are in recovery themselves. They know what your going through. They are patient kind yet firm when it comes to working a program to stay off drugs.

I went there for detox as the rehabilitation center I was going to did not have detox and recommended The Ranch. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful, patient and knowledgeable the staff was, especially David. The nursing staff, as well, were amazing. I was able to completely detox by the 6th day. It actually was kinda easy! It is so nice to be sober again! I HIGHLY recommend The Ranch to anyone who wants to change their lives for the better, you will not be disappointed. I got there broken body mind spiritually really broken but gave my self a chance for change. I highly recommend it to any one whom really wants change for them selfs, You have to do it for your self. Also staff is amazing they want your change as much as you want it. So allow the help they provide for it is great for you. The counseling and therapy sessions are phenomenal. Groups are honestly awesome and it's such a special spiritual place. Giving my self the chance for change was the best thing I've done and I'm so honored it happened there thank you Hacienda Valdez for the helping hand. The healing process has begun thanks to this recovery center. Completely a life changer and also best of all My life savers!

Hacienda Valdez saved my life. They allowed me and my twin sister to stay here together. We ran separate programs but were allowed to get through it together.
