Touchstone Recovery, located in Fresno, California, provides outpatient care through partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs for adults with substance use disorders. Touchstone Recovery is a Fresno County Superior Court mandated rehab center and also provides support for individuals transitioning from Fresno County Jail.
