Should be 0 the staff are terrible don’t do anything to help with addiction just treat you like shit and give u methadone like that’s going to help half the staff aren’t even happy to be there to do their jobs. They don’t even deserve to be there. They don’t even know what they’re doing half the time.

Called them to see about switching to them and going back on methadone suboxone taper is harder than for me. I've detoxed methadone before no problem but suboxone I've felt like crap for 2 months now on the dose im at. Anyway I havent used an opiate other than what I am prescribed in 6 years and in order to go there they said I have to do counseling and this and that. I already did 4 years of counseling at another facility. Also they tried to tell me methadone is harder to quit than suboxone bs look it up it even says that because of it high affinity for that receptor its way harder to quit. So not only were they no help but they lied. Also im on 6mg of suboxone all i wanted was be put to an equivalent of methadone and the taper for 90 days and be done with it but too many hoops and it seemed like they didn't give a crap anyway.

T.J Guthrie is the worst doctor I have ever seen! Anytime you ask him for side effects of medication he says there aren't any, he gave me a depo provera birth control shot and told me the only side effect was it might make my period stop and then it gave me periods that lasted 3 weeks for 4 months and completely destroyed my mental and physical health, resulting in me having to have an emergency hysterectomy. He did not provide me with medication when I had a lung infection, I had to go to urgent care the day after my appointment with T.J to get medicine and when I went back in for a checkup I told him he is not providing his duty of care which includes diagnosis and treatment, and he said he will not see me or fill the prescriptions for my severe asthma because I gave him truthful feedback. T.J is lazy and has no interest in helping patients, and he refuses to treat you if you provide feedback he doesn't like. He also refused to note that he was refusing care even though that is what happened. Please for the sake of your health avoid this awful, irresponsible, and abusive place. T.J clearly views himself as an infallible god and will treat you like dirt if you dare to criticize his poor practice. T.J also has a habit of laughing at you when you ask for help. He's truly and awful an disrespectful person.

This place has been noting but amazing! The staff are all great and helpful. 100X better then any ucs I’ve ever been too. The lady’s who work Saturday are insanely fast! Again amazing staff!

11/24/25 MARCY AAT THE FRONT DESK IS COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL! SHE LIES DOESNT CARE WHAT YOU SAY. LAUGHS AT YOUR RELIGION! AFTER THIS SET OF APPOINTMENTS IM NEVER COMING BACK! MAY YOU FEEL AS UNCOMFORTABLE AS YOU MAKE OTHERS. I have been going here since 2010 when they were on the south side. The first year was absolutely great. Been sober ever since. However, I came back about 2 years ago give or take. The injections for opids that was only craving...not using craving!!!! almost killed me. Haven't been able to digest food right since. Someone from there tried to order those injections well after I stopped taking them. Found out from my insurance. Told ucs haven't heard back. My dr is lovely and her regular nurse. Dr. Albright. Does listen and have my best intentions . However again. When checking in at an appointment they asked me if I was an iv user in the line to check in with others behind me. Hippa violation! 2nd experience, they started ordering and making appointments for tests that they didnt even talk to me about before hand. Today I was unable to see my Dr. So i went in for ear infection but even though I have fluid in my ear. Let's get a hearing test ...what???.. told them my issues. Wanna know what I was told so I can save you time... better help app. Which by the way is out of pocket. Long term drugs were thrown at me. After I told her I just need to get through this week and make it to a funeral. Was offered meds that take awhile to get the effect... what???? Your not listening and your not helping...tell her my foot shakes when I drive and stand on and off. What did she said , it's not doing it now. not to mention my bill is always always wrong.. It's extremely sad that the one place most of us could turn to to prevent relapse is now the place that helps it happen in one form or another. I even told her to take my blood I'm clean except for my legal cbd card . Absolutely going down hill. Have lost faith in them completely actively looking for a new office.

My friend goes here - they won't even try to get him help for his mental condition. All they do is give him Methadone every two weeks and NOTHING else - he started there during Covid and was never even put through the orientation program. He has a mental disability as well as a physical disability and when he calls the crisis line begging for help he is told "I am not your friend" or they hang up on him! What kind of Crisis Team hangs up on someone begging for help! His social worker, Sev, won't even make an appointment and try to actually help him and wants to trade him off like a hot potato. Not impressed at all!!!!! She disconnects the phone with him in order to avoid him. If Sev can't deal with someone with a mental disability she is in the wrong business.
