Set in the Sorrento Valley neighborhood, San Diego Transformation Center treats adults with mental health disorders or drug addictions, and they have experience treating clients with common combinations like anxiety & benzodiazepine use, depression & alcohol use, and bipolar disorder & stimulant use. Outpatient Treatment Offerings Their services are outpatient detox, day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) care, and standard outpatient counseling. PHP lasts 5-6 hours a day for several days a week, IOP lasts 3 hours a day for 3-5 days a week, and outpatient treatment includes 1 or 2 50-minute sessions each week. Clients receive a personalized plan, not a template, and have the same care team members throughout treatment.
