Rachel is one of the only providers that has made me feel like I'm being listened to. She takes the time to really understand the full context of the situation and asks questions until she can make an informed decision on medications.

These people would rather push drugs on you with life changing side effects that explicitly stated you dont want to take than give you the help you actually need. They care more about there "jobs",the money, and what the drug companies tell them to push rather than being compassionate to your needs and your care.

What a shitty place all around. You come to them to discuss your ADHD issues and they screw with all your meds, making you worse than when you walked in. I hope they go out of business.

Having to turn to an online provider. They were okay, just horribly slow to try to resolve my ADHD/ADD. It takes only 2-3 days to determine if a stimulant works or not. They would give me 14 to 30 days of something and then do nothing for the rest of the time if it didn't work. So 90% of the time with them it seems I still have untreated ADHD which to me seems unacceptable. So I've been going for months and still refuse to try different medications I've asked about 5 times, as they are found to be more effective in peer-reviewed literature. They will not prescribe the amphetamine based Rx's... Literature shows they are more effective, yet they flat our refused to even discuss them and gaslight you instead. This last one didn't work at all at any dose, and they refused to respond to at least go back to 1 that worked, I had to throw out the useless one. If I ask about a medication that works in literature, they will just ignore you and give you something that doesn't work on a very low dose, which was just frustrating and annoying. Maybe I just got a bad provider here and others are better. Seem to not really care if one works or not.

Was referred here for Spravato. Had a consult and called back a week later to follow up. The receptionist told me that their clinical director had to coordinate with my insurance and then would get back to me. She offered to message the clinical director to inquire but made it seem like a huge deal so I declined. It's been three weeks since my consult and I haven't heard back. I have to go back to work full-time within the next two weeks so I won't be able to get the treatment I need for my treatment resistant depression. Thanks, Walnut Creek.

Wonderful as usual- A great listener, and takes her time each visit.

Lauren has been great... Fixing my meds slowly so to not make me crazy... I look forward to working with her more!!

Miranda is so personable not only with my kiddo but us parents as well! She lisens to our concerns and is able to come up with a plan every time!
