This place is so amazing they truly helped me overcome my struggles. This group has been life-changing for me. The holistic therapy approach creates such a safe, healing environment. I lived at the grateful steps homes for about 5 months. This home was one of the best decisions I made all year. The house managers are the most amazing people who truly care about your recovery. I was a client at Sol women treatment where I got the best treatment for my conditions. They helped me get back into the real world after suffering from major disorders. I was a patient at Sol and was slightly apprehensive at first. I did not want to take time from my busy life to sit in groups and learn "coping skills". I really thought it would be a waste of my time. I am sooooo grateful I went and stayed for the duration of my treatment. Every person involved in the magic there was a piece of my journey in healing. They each allowed me to be myself and encouraged me to. Shine bright. I was respected and honored by each of them. They supported my family goals and even tailored therapy for that. They helped me with my career goals and provided resources to reach those goals. The psychiatrist listened to my concerns about meds and helped me dial in my regimen. Johnna, the therapist is very professional, calming supportive and caring. Jenni, the case manager is one of the kindest women I've encountered. She is warm, insightful, and resourceful. Whitney, Milton, EVERYONE is an ingredient to the recipe of Magic. I'm so grateful I was "sentenced" to go there by my husband, it was the greatest gift he could ever give me. Thank you SOL staff for being a huge part of my journey. ☀️I SHINE BRIGHT AGAIN! ☀️

Having CPTSD, I finally found a safe place that is focused on figuring out what struggles I was going through mentally which had affected other areas of life. Years of struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety and complex ptsd, the program offers EMDR therapy, art therapy, sound bath, CBT/DBT, yoga, music/dance, individual therapy, psychiatric care, and case management are offered as a daily routine that help you compartmentalize life and be ready to take it head on. Resources of sober living with an amazing house, loving management staff; Grateful Steps allows you to feel safe, structured and driven to do better. Amenities such as decompression room, amazing massage chair while being surrounded by local yummy coffee shops, it’s a “home away from home”. I can’t thank the program, staff and owners Tania and Steven, more for all that Sol guided me towards and that was better self esteem, healthier boundaries and the firm belief that I matter and my life is completely worth working for and living.
