Worthy is optimally located, staffed and designed for an incredible early recovery experience. The techs, therapists and admissions coordinator are wonderful people who care deeply about quality client experiences. I had the opportunity to interview the CEO, Samantha, and I was incredibly moved by her personal story and her dedication to her clients. The curriculum includes classes for learning emotional regulation tools, building self esteem, cultivating professional skills and more. Worthy Wellness Center made an incredible difficult time much easier for our family. The team was always willing to answer questions. The substance abuse program really focuses on the whole person; mental, emotional, and physical recovery. It’s a safe, supportive environment that actually gives people the tools they moved need to move forward.

I am writing to formally document my concerns regarding the operation of Worthy Wellness Center. my decision to discontinue services effective immediately. Based on my experience, I do not agree with how the program is run, and I do not feel comfortable in the environment. I have observed and personally experienced conduct from the CEO, Sam, that I find to be disrespectful toward both clients and staff. This behavior has contributed to an atmosphere that feels unprofessional, unsafe, and unsupportive of recovery. Additionally, I believe that owner/CEO Samantha Paige would benefit from being more actively engaged with clients and less distracted by her phone. As a result, I am requesting an immediate discharge from the program. Furthermore, I am formally requesting a complete copy of my records, including but not limited to intake documents, treatment notes, progress notes, and any other documentation related to my care, to be sent to the address below. Please advise on the process and timeline for receiving these records. My decision is based solely on my personal well-being and comfort, which are essential to my recovery. I ask that this request be handled promptly and professionally.
