In just 57 days, we have STARTED STACKING OUR MONEY BACK UP, STARTING TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH FAMILY-GOING TO FAMILY FUNCTIONS! We are STARTING TO LIVE LIFE AGAIN....AND IT IS TRULY AMAZING! NO EXCUSES EITHER PEOPLE! BECAUSE THIS PLACE WILL HELP YOU!!! If you have no transportation to make this happen- THEY HELP YOU GET TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE FACILITY! If you have no insurance at the moment- THEY HAVE OPTIONS/RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE AND EVERY SITUATION....and THEY WILL HELP YOU IN GAIING INSURANCE! If you have no Primary Care Provider at the moment- They have an AMAZING DOCTOR ONSITE! ANDDDDDDD- THEY HAVE THE BEEBEE MOBILE HEALTH VAN COME RIGHT TO THE FACILITY TO YOU AND TREAT YOU RIGHT THERE! THIER PHENOMENAL STAFF IS UNBELIEVABLE!! They dont judge you or treat you disrespectfully, THEY TRULY UNDERSTAND HOW YOU FEEL AND WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH! Each and every one of the staff members there ARE MY NEW FAMILY MEMBERS! From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you walk back out.....the vibe is NOTHING BUT POSITIVE, HELPFUL, ENCOURAGING, and yes- they hold you accountable to DO YOUR PART AS WELL....AND THAT IS OKAY! They are human too, somebody might be running a minute or two late in the morning or in between appointments.....dont you?!?! A staff member you may need to see or speak with may had to cancel and reschedule due to their own personal reasons, like a sick child, or maybe they aren't feeling well.....havent you called out of work at times?!?!? YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THESE THINGS DO AND WILL HAPPEN! (Very rare here, but it's to be expected) BUT, TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THE COMMUNICATION IS ALWAYS OPEN AND THEY DO AN AMAZING JOB WITH NOTIFICATIONS FOR (VERY RARE) SITUATIONS LIKE THESE!!! AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMMODATE FOR YOU!!! We met the DIRECTOR THE FIRST DAY WE STARTED THERE! She even reached out to us just to see how we are, how are we feeling? BECAUSE SHE TRULY & GENUINELY CARES AND WANTS YOU TO SUCCEED AS MUCH AS YOU WANT YOURSELF TO!! During our (SUPER QUICK AND EFFICIENT INTAKE) she offered us snacks and drinks!!! That first day heading over there, we felt all the feels!!! Intimidated, lost, unsure if this was just another waste of our time and emotions; actually almost turned around to go back home! BUT BECAUSE MISS TIFFANY MADE IT A POINT TO REACH OUT TO US, THAT SPOKE IN VOLUMES, of her character, the facilities mission, and if she believed in us that much.....we needed to believe in ourselves!!! AND 57 DAYS LATER MY LIFE HAS ONLY GOTTEN BETTER AND YOURS CAN TOO!!! The TAKE HOME POLICY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Yes, you have to put in the work, but THEY GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY VERY EARLY, UNLIKE MANY OTHER FACILITIES!!! GEORGETOWN C.T.C. is a CLEAN FACILITY, NO PARKING LOT LOITERING, NOBODY HANGING AROUND BEGGING FOR MONEY, LIKE WEVE ALL SEEN AT OTHER FACILITIES!! WE ALL RESPECT AND APPRECIATE THE GEORGETOWN C.T.C FOR BEING AN UPSTANDING FACILITY THAT WE ARE PROUD TO CALL "OURS".....NO "MESSY-NESS" WILL BE TOLERATED! COME GIVE GEORGETOWN C.T.C. A CHANCE TO HELP YOU SAVE YOUR LIFE! IF YOU'RE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR TREATMENT AND RECOVERY.....SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR LIFE- THEN COME JOIN THIS AMAZING SUPPORT SYSTEM (FAMILY♡) THAT THIS FACILITY OFFERS.....YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

They have done great for me they work with u and try to understand what you are going through bright view has help me to get off the heroin and continue to stay clean thanks so up to all staff you all are great

The staff at Lifespring/Brightview are very empathetic, and eager to help those suffering from Substance Abuse problems. I highly recommend this facility for Substance Abuse treatment.

Literally hands-down best facility I’ve ever been to, the staff is amazing. I started attending in August 2022. I’ve been doing so well since I’ve started attending this program. I wouldn’t be where I am without brightview💕
