We absolutely love our therapist. But this private equity organization is charging 100 dollars for being sick. My child is sick, coughing, and clearly contagious. The consequences of responsibly not bringing my ill child to an office is a loss of 100 dollars in December in the weeks before Christmas. Absolute insanity. Greed.
What I have to say about a couple of people that I see there are fantastic. Brooke and Kelly if it wasn’t for them, I don’t know where I’d be so please thank them.
Bad company. Take your health issues somewhere else. Charged me over $1000 for appointments my kids did not even go to. They do not mail any invoices, only send invoices to their company portal/ app for you to pay. Dumb policy, lazy non helpful. Do exactly the opposite of what they are supposed to be in business for. Way to cause stress and anxiety.
This is my first time having a counselor in my adult life and what a blessing it has been. I really lucked out with Dr Jeanne May, she truly has been just what I needed right when I needed it.
I appreciate the identity verification. Making me tell it every single time that nothing has changed and I’m not giving it a photo…. The whole thing ends up being too long and a bit irritating.
Best place for therapy, DBT, and medicine
Dana has been such a wonderful help. My sessions with her always lead to insight of myself and/ or how to effectively and healthily deal with issues.sceduling is easy and can schedule several out at a time. I suggest this as the appts. Can fill quickly. Great organization. Only issue is the new pay before you can log on, for people strapped for cash, this is an obstacle to mental health help. I get it, but not everyone has $ at time of service.
