The Grounds Recovery is a sober living house treating young men ages 18 to 30 who struggle with drug and alcohol addiction. The center offers a transitional sober living program that helps men move from rehab to independent life. They use a five-level system to track progress and provide men with more freedom and accountability based on accomplishments. With space for 16 residents, this small setting ensures everyone gets the support they need. Building Skills for Lasting Success The program focuses on mentorship and peer support to help men stay sober. Residents participate in 12-Step meetings and work with sponsors to build a strong foundation for recovery. They also learn important life skills like managing a budget and finding a job. These activities teach young men how to handle daily responsibilities while enjoying a fun, healthy, and balanced lifestyle. Adventure and Progressive Growth Individualized care is provided through a “work hard, play hard” philosophy that includes outdoor adventures like surfing, hiking, and yoga. Residents begin their stay in a highly structured main house for about 90 days before moving to a step-down house. This transition allows them to practice living on their own while still getting the support they need. This gradual approach builds the confidence needed for a successful future.
