I would like to say that I have encountered the best customer service office manager Martha Barraza this young lady has helped me more than my primary care doctor facility has in over a year. I feel heard and appreciated validated and if it weren't for people like her I would feel very hopeless. Thankyou for your amazing service today.

Great clinic easy process good counselors and staff

I completed my methadone program a few months ago after being a long-time patient [6, or 7 years], but I was still using until about 3 years ago. For the first month or two, you have to go there every day, and depending on what time you get there [I always liked getting there as early as possible], there will be a super long wait. If you still use, you will never move up to be able to have take-homes. When you get take-homes, if you use again, they suspend it for a week, at first [so you have to go there every day, again] and then you get your take-homes back, but you get less of them I think? [I did this once after I had my take-homes for a couple months in the very beginning, I dont remember that well. 😅] I stayed on methadone for 2 years before I started tapering, and my taper program lasted another year. The whole time the staff was always kind, and my counselor was always very supportive of my decision to get off methadone, the whole office was. The staff are cool as long as you're doing what you're supposed to. My overall experience was good, I was there when a different director was running things, though.

This clinic has been a life saver for myself and a few of my closest friends. The girls in the front are amazing and very kind. Arlene, my counselor, is always there when I need to talk or have questions and is very helpful with my sobriety. I feel lucky to have found out about this treatment center before it was too late.

Great please new management so let's see how it goes ! I love that the have a lot of programs and security he gets people to leave that aren't supposed to be here and both other people!

The office lady’s are amazing especially Britney and my counselor is very caring

Hands down the most responsive clinic I’ve ever been treated at. The customer service is very through. Can’t say enough staff are super friendly and efficient. From the front, to the back office, to the counselors and doctors!!! Everyone here is very kind, genuinely interested in the patients concerns. I’m very happy to have found this office.

The staff was very helpful from the first day I went the. Very friendly and helpful. Makes it easy to share in the process when first establishing yourself as a client. God bless all who comes to seek help you will find it here
