Unethical, immoral, dishonest. Do not believe them! I made the “Managing Director“ and head psychologist sign my papers stating that I will not pay any extra fees than what they told me that day. I was told insurance paid for it all. I only spent 5 days going because it was like a class, rather than behavioral and psychological help. I left in March. At the end of May I got a bill for over $600. I call, shocked, because not only did I have the “Managing Director“ sign on my intake forms that I do not agree to pay any more than my insurance paid, they are shocked, and agree to give me a discount of 20% So I would owe around $400. I said that was not what I agree to, and let me speak to that managing director. The woman said she would look into it. I never heard anything again. Until today when I got a bill for over $600. They lie. They have a huge turnover so you will never find the people who you or spoke to, and they are violating a AZ state statute. They just want your money- they do not care for you in the slightest. Do not believe them! Now the company is saying (of course) we don't have that paper work, so we don't believe you. Lies and greed. Isn't the THOUSANDS you got from my insurance company enough???? No, you have to go after a woman on disability for $600, that was NOT agreed to. Scam- liars-Immoral and unethical.
