HealthRIGHT 360 operates over 50 programs in 11 California counties, providing comprehensive treatment services for a diverse range of individuals and families struggling with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders. HealthRIGHT 360’s Pioneer Court location provides evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy to adolescents 12+ and adults in San Mateo County with alcohol and drug addictions, as well as for co-occurring mental health disorders. Their treatment is abstinence-based. (Some other HealthRIGHT 360 locations use a harm reduction model that focuses on addressing clients’ most urgent needs first). They facilitate the 12-Step recovery process. Service Levels HealthRIGHT 360 at Pioneer Court runs intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment during the day and standard outpatient treatment during the evening. For female clients, they also provide residential treatment with structured days and peer mentorship.

Day Treatment

In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.

Intensive Outpatient Program

An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.

Outpatient

Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.

Co-Occurring Mental Health

Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

It's hard being in recovery especially if you have kids but the women in wra are fighters and they are on the road to a better life I understand fully what it's like to not be able to be a part of the world and only get to look at what's going on as you better yourself I've been in those shoes to and you just have to tell yourself that when you get back out there it was well worth it to take some time for yourself to get life right again

It offered absolutely no structured 12 step work.DBT nor CBT we're offered. There was a therapy session offered once a week which was useful. Otherwise it was basically a sort of slaves based program. We did neverending chores and I found it completely unuseful in regards of sobriety.
