I may change my review as my opinion changes, but I have been here for 13 days and more than half, about 60% of the staff is disrespectful, and this place does unnecessary things that results in unnecessary waste. I was raised you don't waste ANYTHING and I instill that into my niece and cousins as well, so that bothers me a lot. However, Jeff, German, Heather, Angie and Richard are fantastic staff who deserve all the praise and respect!! But when it comes to focusing on your recovery, they do exceptionally well. Mental health, not so much, but after asking multiple staff if this is a dual-doagnosis facility I am getting mixed answers which leads me to believe there is a lot of miscommunication among staff. From what I have experienced so far, most of the mental health support is from my fellow residents, not the staff. Food is fantastic and quantity is great! You can have more if you want it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Fellowship Center and all of the staff are incredible! The BEST! I've been to several rehabs and programs, and The Fellowship Center in Escondido is the best in every way!

Very toxic environment, huge turnaround and relapses were goi g on seem lie the staff were micro managing small things and not worrying about the big things like people using on the property, also Mike hemp who clarified he was the director treated the residents extremely rude and hostile

The fellowship is a great program for those who would like to change their lives! In my exprience as a graduate I have to say this program helped me so much to find myself. First of all Staff is amazing very great understanding people. You will never be overwhelmed at all trust me! This program is so relaxed compared to other programs I have nothing but positive things to say about the Fellowship it almost is to good to be true! Just keep your eyes on the prize and focus on your recovery and trust me Your life will be better. Thank you Fellowship for changing my life and helping me find myself thanks to you guys I was able to keep my family and my overall happiness…
