Symetria consistently demonstrates their lack of organization and inability communicate internally. I have rarely shown up for an appointment at Symetria where all parties involved knew I was coming. I’ve made several appointments where either the person I was supposed to meet with didn’t know about the appointment, or the person I’m meeting with is the only one who knows what’s going on, and the front desk is clueless. The standard of care here is pretty low, consistent with a lot of other rehab facilities. There is one nurse practitioner who is way too good for this place. If you have to deal with anyone else here, good luck. The IOP group therapy program is an unmoderated, low effort day care. If all you need is to be around people, go to AA for free rather than wasting your money with this shockingly unprofessional organization.

I continue to trust Symetria staff with my life and have not been disappointed. I did not show up for a few days because I was sick….the staff there called me every day until I answered, and they got me to come back in for my treatment and back on track. It is rare to find people who truly care about you as an individual, Symetria is one of the rare companies with people who care.

After years of revolving door treatment This was the 1st clinic that actually helped me followed up with me constantly checking on how I'm doing. The staff are caring compassionate and Frankly I owe All of them more thanks than I could ever give for helping me change my life for the better This place is really not just about medication. They give you as much or as little support as you need. It's really different than any place I've ever been before I suggest anyone who needs help like I did Don't hesitate give them a call
