No matter where you end up in recovery, any rehab you join can ultimately work for you if you make it work for you. With this being said, I'm not here to tell you if it's bad or good rehab...I've had both experiences here. But one thing is for certain, this place was an integral part of my success in my own recovery. I owe them that at least. I do want to highlight one thing, more than anything, this was amazing for me and I know it can be for you. Some of the staff and security were amazing. Dustin the security guy was there for me literally since day one. There has been times where past counselors and medical staff have been very useless on what needed to be done, and no matter the situation was I always felt better thanks to Dustin. He took the time to tell me hello and ask how I'm doing or even just passing along shouts of encouragement. And that has been all I needed after such times where maybe the place couldn't help me. But he did. Tom as well. And if you don't think that's such a big deal, they are both a huge part of what is and will be keeping me on the right path. It was a blessing I can take with me forever.

Maybe 15 percent of employees should be working in recovery they always mumble stuff about how bad addicts are and make me feel like scum if you go against or make them do something they dont want they attack you the dosing girls have a god complex and the security guard is an ex addict who's trying so hard to be apart of the cool crew and will ruin your life if you depend on mat been here over a year never failed or had any problems until after they lied and attacked my wife and I'm sure there will be retaliation for this as well but I'm gonna find the federal way to file complaints maybe enact foias on every employee and see what every one has in there closests and see how they like it.

When you have gotten to the point where your tired of chasing, having anxiety all the time, waiting for your guy who is “just pulling in”, withdrawals and losing everything and anything that is precious to you.. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! The most empathetic, nonjudgmental, caring group of people ever! From the secretary, security, counselors, Dr Barb, Shannon Murphy the list goes on and on. Do you want your life back? Your kids back? Please, you won’t be turned away and you won’t be sorry. They saved my life! Thank you OTP CLINIC you will forever be part of my life story.

Absolutely terrible residential services at the atwater house! They do not care about the residents there at all, they let staff (Hailey) sleep with residents and do nothing about it at all, they make sure that the residents give them their food stamps but could care less if the residents are financially taken care of through social services personal needs allowances, they legitimately only care about their bottom line and make sure that they have their beds full and bank accounts fuller!!

That place is an absolute joke. They will treat you like an absolute child the charger insurance company $300 a day but give you pretty much bottom of the barrel of food they don't consider special diets for diabetics

I've NEVER been treated better. Every employee has a smile on their face when I'm there (and I go daily). It feels good to be treated like a person and respected as a client. I switched my clinic to here and it helped my recovery process significantly. My advice is if you can change clinics, then switch (run) to UConnect clinic in Batavia.

Best Detox/Stabilization Facility in New York!!! I Personally Give Thanks to EVERYONE (Aside from one counselor), including the Nurses, Tech's, and My Counselor.
