I've known and worked with this organization since 1963. They are the best when it comes to helping families and children, one of God's gifts to His people.

Reached out to this company with my insurance company for some help of recent things happening in my life. The receptionist gave me the run around and refused to let me confirm an appointment that was already promised to me through magellan. Said magellan needed to schedule my appointment which is untrue and makes no sense. Then she promised to send paperwork so I could register and before agreeing to do so made me explain to her in detail the reasons I needed to be seen. This stuff should be private between the therapist and myself this was highly inappropriate. A month later and I have yet to hear from this company or get the paperwork needed. Disrespectful and disgusting to those who are in need. Do better or close down!

We had an amazing experience working with Kate from LCFS during the process of adopting both of our sons in 2018 & 2019. Kate helped us navigate the entire process from home studies, getting matched with a birth mom and through the legal adoption. Even after the process was complete, we enjoyed the yearly gatherings with Kate and all the adoption families for a summer bbq. The lifelong friends and support we have found within LCFS has been such a blessing!

Adoption Note When my wife and I were considering going through the process for adoption, the one thing that we were told was that it was extremely important to find the right agency, and the right case worker to guide us on our journey. Now, as we sit here with a beautiful baby boy, we are so incredibly thankful that LCFS was there for us on both counts. LCFS is definitely a smaller agency, but that was something we viewed as a positive. We were able to build an incredibly strong relationship with our case worker, Kate, and she handled every aspect of the adoption process. Whether it was our home study, the educational classes, the various court hearings, our case worker was there for us, and wasn’t afraid to tell it to us straight. Her approach was that of honesty, and we appreciated that. From that very first meeting, to a year and a half later when we left the hospital with our son, our case worker was there, and we will never forget all she did for us! My wife and I wouldn’t hesitate to partner with LCFS again for any potential future adoptions; and we heartily recommend them every chance we get!

We found out about LCFS through a friend's recommendation when we were looking for an adoption agency. They were professional and down-to-earth, and did a great job through-out the adoption process. In particular, we very much enjoyed working with Kate Feiertag, the adoption coordinator, as she helped us with our paperwork and home-study, coordinated things with the birth mom, and guided us through the legal process. We were so blessed to have found Kate and LCFS and would highly recommend them for anyone looking into adoption.

We recommend LCFS to everyone who is looking for a Christian based top notch facility that in my opinion is leading the way in service and respect for all people. This place is the best. We adopted our son through LCFS and they helped us nonstop until we had a baby. Adoption is so stressful financially and emotionally. Every step of the way, our Social Worker was the best. Always checking in, always explaining everything in detail, always guiding us through the steps. They are a small agency but we liked that because we didn't want to be just a number, just a couple trying to adopt like we had been with previous agencies we had used. We are beyond pleased with the relationship we continue to have with LCFS and the friendships we made along the way through this agency.
