Outpatient, Virtual & In-Home Care, Licensed Primary Mental Health, Co-Occurring Disorders

This addiction and mental health clinic provides outpatient care for individuals with mental health concerns and addictive substance use disorders. To treat mental health concerns, their clinicians offer private therapy, psychiatry and customized treatment plans for each individual. For those who struggle with addiction, the outpatient services at Eleanor include private therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and psychiatry. Eleanor also proudly offers treatment for pregnant women in need of addiction treatment. Not only do the clinicians have the professional expertise to guide treatment, many of them also have experience with their own mental health struggles or recovery journey. Working with a counselor who can truly relate to clients’ challenges can help provide encouragement and support as clients work with them. Additional Resources If clients need additional support, Eleanor can provide resources to get them connected with transportation, food stability, housing and more. Eleanor also proudly provides resources and services for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC populations.

I simply don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am with this team. When all medical places, and other resources gave up on me, they didn’t. They genuinely care por the patients and do their best to provide us with the best care. I 100% recommend this facility to anyone who is struggling and I assure you they will guide you the best possible way to help you through whatever it is you are seeking help for. My life have improved significantly since I started getting treatment with them. And I simply cannot stop pointing out how they helped and believed in me when nobody else did. If not for Nurse Odette and the Eleanor Team I would not be here writing this review today. I will keep saying this over and over again. I could not ask for a better program to help me. And I could not ask for a better nurse. I am someone who tried everything and nothing and no one was helping me.

If anyone is struggling w/ addiction of any substance you really have to give Eleanor a chance to help you, there’s zero judgement and it’s entirely to easy to make appointments, make the call & they’ll help you out, been clean for a long time now thanks to Eleanor health and there awesome staff
