This outpatient clinic in Bayonne, New Jersey offers evidence-based care to treat both adolescents and adults with substance use disorders and chronic relapse issues. Their levels of care include an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a general outpatient program, and an adolescent day treatment program (PHP) for clients ages 12-17.
