Gateway Foundation was founded in 1968 and now has 16 centers in Illinois. Gateway Foundation in Caseyville, Illinois provides personalized outpatient programs, on-site detox, virtual services, and a residential program. Gateway Foundation uses evidence-based therapies and provides 12-step facilitation and individualized approaches. Caseyville treats clients who are struggling with alcohol and drug addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. Gateway Caseyville can address the root cause of the addiction while using individualized treatment plans catered to the clients specific needs. Treatment is age-based and gender-specific including evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family therapy, group and individual therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing (MI), medication-assisted therapies, and 12-Step facilitation. Gateway Foundation is accredited by the Joint Commission. At Gateway Foundation, clients have shared bedrooms and bathrooms. All accommodations are age and gender appropriate. Clients can enjoy an on-site fitness center and a small lounge area with comfortable couches and a flat screen TV as well as a fitness center, basketball court, and outdoor sand volleyball court.

Nursing staff does not care- they are outsourced anyways. I've experienced racism for clients my whole stay with no repercussions. Female staff is constantly sexually harassed between the clients. This is a money-making only facility, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO TRULY RECOVER!

Gateway showed me the way to save my life! I'm going to talk about the app. I love it. I have had struggles with having a daily routine my whole life. This app is something I use daily. There have been days when I was struggling that I would just scroll through people's posts and comment on all of them. It would help me get out of my head . I absolutely loved going to the alumni event at Busch stadium. I love that I've got to reconnect with people that I've gone to inpatient with.

I went to their inpatient program and it was absolutely amazing and so informative. I actually feel I finally know who I am from all they taught me here about addiction and how to stay in recovery. The staff is so caring and just amazing I have nothing bad to say about them.
