All the kindness and support I got I will never forget. The staff was amazing, the food was great and the rooms were clean. They gave me the tools on how to live life without drinking and drugging. I recommend anybody to go here. Thank you Rosecrance and Bill W God bless! ♥️🙏

This is a 5 star facility. The staff, the counselors, & the medical team made this the best experience of my life. I honestly don’t know how they do it. The addiction education and treatment is amazing. I’ve learned so much, this place has changed my entire outlook on life. Shout out to employees TAYLOR, GENESIS, LINDSAY, JUSTINE, SHANIA, KARA. You guys are phenomenal. Please keep doing what you’re doing, you guys don’t get paid enough for the work you do. If you or a loved one are going through addiction, THIS IS THE ANSWER. they helped me with my physical health, mental health, and legal troubles. I would be in jail, or dead, without this place.

Rosecrance helped me in ways that I really can't put in words. It gave me some coping tools that will help me on this new journey, this new sober life. Something I never would have imagined I would ever experience. They have pointed me in the right direction to sobriety. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This place is awful. All they care about is the money they get from insurance and are not invested in the clients/patients. They treat people like animals. I barely had any support from the unit coordinator who was assigned to me. All she did was lie to me when I did see her at 11 pm when I was already on my sleep medication. My mental health is worse now than when I went in. They are understaffed and very overwhelmed. However, some of the staff were phenomenal. Nursing is hands down great! The people behind the desk on the units are great too, except for one individual. Her day is coming soon. They also intermingle drug court clients with non drug court clients and do not do anything when one gets threatened. I was terrified.

It's an upgrade from Prairie Center Residential which merged with Rosecrance sometime in 2017.

You protect pedifiles an people who have domestic battery charges against them. All you had too was let the cops serve him my order of protection. I asked nicely an have proof he is there.
